Registration to participate in this innovative research is open!
Can I participate?
Foodservice business owners, managers or employees that are interested in reducing their food waste and waste costs are invited to participate. To be eligible to participate businesses must:
– have a smartphone or smart device to download the research app
– currently be open for business
– have access to a regularly checked email address
– have customers who dine in (i.e. can not be manufacturer or distributor)
– be able to actively participate in the research no more than once a week over a three month period, and
– be able to understand written and spoken English.
